Why do we offer this durability guarantee?
Because we are confident that our cases, bags, protective products, and accessories are highly capable and durable. Before going into production, our products undergo a series of tests: We spray bags with water for six weeks straight and expose them to artificial sunlight for over a month. Our testing machines shake a side carrier every day for four weeks – in different positions and at varying frequencies. A robot opens a fastener 400 times a day for two weeks.
If the fabric color remains unchanged and everything inside the bag is dry, if the welded seams still deserve to be called that after the test and the fastener still does what it's supposed to do, then we're satisfied. Almost satisfied – because we also check our products after production, before they go into storage. We suck the air out of our aluminum cases and measure whether new air is flowing into the case anywhere. If this is the case, then this case does not go on sale. Our products are known for their durability and precise manufacturing – some of our aluminum cases have been traveling across all continents for over ten years and are still doing what they do best: transporting lots of luggage safely, cleanly, and dry. Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (SW-MOTECH GmbH & Co. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.
