Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (SW-MOTECH GmbH & Co. KG, Ernteweg 7-10, 35282 Rauschenberg, info@sw-motech.com, Germany, phone: +49 (0)64 25/81 68 050, Fax: +49 (0)64 25/81 68 10) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email). You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment for this refund as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged for this refund. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing their condition, properties, and functionality.

Validity of the "extended warranty"

• Only the version of the "extended warranty" valid at the time of purchase shall apply.
• The "extended warranty" applies exclusively to products purchased from SW-MOTECH GmbH & Co. KG directly or from an authorized dealer.
• In general, an inquiry regarding warranty claims must be directed to the seller.
• SW-MOTECH GmbH & Co. KG has the right to decide how they will handle the claim (repair, upgrade, replacement and, if necessary, refund of the purchase price).
• Any warranty services do not alter the original warranty period.
• Claims under the "extended warranty" may only be made for normal types of use.

In the event of a recognized warranty claim, costs for assembly, transport and breakdown shall not be assumed. In addition, subsequent costs, compensation and consequential damages are excluded under the statutory warranty. The statutory provisions apply within the first two years.

The "extended warranty" is valid for Germany, France, Austria, Spain and Italy. Warranty claims must be communicated to the seller immediately after the defect has occurred. The components are to be returned or handed over to the seller clean and intact.

Exceptions to the "extended warranty"

• Damage due to improper assembly or handling
• Damage due to inadequate care and maintenance
• Damage due to wear or overload
• Damage due to falls, accidents or mechanical damage
• Articles no longer in their original condition
• Damage caused by the addition or conversion of components not approved by SW-MOTECH GmbH & Co. KG
• Corrosion due to damaged surfaces/coatings
• Bleaching of colours and surfaces (fading)

Products excluded from the "extended warranty"

• Seat conversions, seat cushions, rubber parts, luggage nets
• Locks and keys
• Clasps and fastening straps, zippers
• Products from other manufacturers
• Electrical/electronic components
• B-stock purchases
